For example:
Home price $250,000
Sellers paying a commission 6% with a 3% split
ADVANTAGE JANES REALTY commission $2,550
Your CASH REBATE at closing
$4,950
More importantly, there is no cost to you and you will have an experienced negotiator representing your interest and working hard to get you the best deal.

2) If you need help in finding the perfect home,
we can assist you by sending you information on homes that fit your needs.
We'll keep you updated on new homes that have just been listed on the MLS
(Multiple Listing Service) and make appointments and show you these homes. CASH REBATE for this service is 33% of the commission
received by ADVANTAGE JANES REALTY. The above require that all buyers
sign an agreement that confirms the CASH REBATE and ADVANTAGE JANES REALTY as
their exclusive agent.
3) ADVANTAGE JANES REALTY
understands that this represents a new, and for many people, better way to buy
their next home. But we also acknowledge that for some, a traditional broker
relationship may turn out to be a better option. Of course, we offer this as
well. We do however recommend that you read up on agency
relationships and understand how
the process has changed in recent years (which agent is representing who). It
is also recommended that buyers use "Buyers Brokerage", (the
buyers agent is hired to represent and negotiate on behalf of the buyer).
