This program is designed for those that need to find a home yesterday.

It is perfect for those individuals that have a short period of time to find a home and need full time commitment from their Real Estate agent.

How it works:
In a very short period of time I will compile a list of all the homes on the market that fit your wants and needs. We select the most desirable of these homes and we begin to take a close look at them. Normally, we look at homes in the morning, break several hours for lunch and continue our search in the afternoon working in times to meet with lenders as neccessary. Our home criteria maybe modified. We continue the search the next day untill by process of elimination, we narrow the selection down to 2 or 3 homes. We then take a more detailed look at those homes like going inside the attic and crawl space.We then can look at information on homes that have sold in the area to help us formulate an offer that is desirable to you. Offers and counter offers may be written in a short period of time.
Once we have an accepted offer, we will begin the loan process if is has not already begun.

Beware this is intense and requires a big commitment. All decision makers must be present. I will give you 100% of my time. All you have to do is relax and look at homes.
The end result - you will have found the right home for you!
