To accomplish this, we will commit to being accessible 24 hrs a day until we find the home that meets your desires and goals. We will be flexible, and will work in a way that is best suited to you, whether that means communicating through e-mail, fax, phone, or in person. No real estate office visits, the agent will come to you!
Busy professionals often have busy spouses and both people cannot be there to view the home at the same time. No problem, we custom tailored this program to fit your needs - not ours.

 How it works:

1. We start out with a comprehensive questionnaire that you fill out at your convenience. This allows us to understand your goals and the characteristics of your perfect home including when and how we are to communicate. Financing is covered and it may be determined that we start a pre-approval process if a loan and quick transaction is desired.
2. We’ll do the research. We may have already seen many of the properties or an agent may drive by or view the property before hand. It’s my job to steer you into opportunities and out of traps, eliminating overpriced and misrepresented options.
3. Within hours, you will receive a small list of homes that have been selected because they meet your criteria. You may wish, at this point, to exclude some of the homes and concentrate on only a few. Feedback is crucial in the first few homes.
4. We continue this process until the perfect home is found. Working within your schedule and at your convenience.
5. Negotiating with sellers can be stressful. Your agent will negotiate your contract to achieve maximum effect, so that the final contract includes the best possible terms and conditions for you. 
6. If a loan is needed, we will be there every step of process until closing.
7. Your agent will be your guide and support system now and in the future.
